Ms. Lim
obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Human Nutrition from the University
of Otago, N.Z., where she was awarded the prestigious Muriel Bell Memorial Prize.
She gained a fellowship to pursue a Master degree in Community Nutrition at the
University of Queensland. Ms. Lim has extensive experience in nutrition research at
an international level as well as having pioneered intervention and educational programs
here in Brisbane. She has been the nutritional consultant for the Heart Beat Centre, the
Clear Mountain Health Lodge, and the Aboriginal and Islander Community Health Service. She
is a board member of the Oceania College of Clinical Nutrition. She is author of the
nutrition course run by the Open Learning Institute of TAFE. ORTHOMOLECULAR MEDICINE
